Brand new 1 bedroom cottage /tiny house awaits you . Stunning Tranquil lake & Mtn views .Soaring ravens , bald eagles & local deer frequent the private 1 acre treed greenbelt . The property is overlooking the shuswap lake & only 5 min drive to the lake & also to downtown Salmon Arm. We are only 7 minutes to access the main highway to Calgary & the coast of Vancouver Lower mainland. Family Friendly Cottage With Outdoor Space

This 3 bedroom cottage has plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors with your family! The large, manicured outdoor spaces are really special here. Bring your sunscreen and soccer ball for the kids. The cottage is surrounded by pine and cedar trees, set back, down a long driveway on a no-thru traffic road. Making the large outdoor area very private. The kids will love the bunkbeds and you'll love the open concept living, dining and kitchen. Explore the pine groves and roast marshmallows this summer!

The Beachside is a semi-waterfront cottage with a private dock and buoy, with a gas fireplace on the spacious deck. A relaxing, peaceful place on Shuswap Lake. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and ensuite bath(shower), the other bedroom has a double bed, there is a powder room just outside the 2nd bedroom. A well appointed galley style kitchen. "Farmstays" Sleeps 6, views, privacy, fun times

Farmstays is an old farm property. Please note there is no air conditioning only fans. Perfect for weddings, b'day celebrations etc with 15 amp p & w for 3 rvs (summer) $40 a night + one 50 amp on outside of house $60 a night & lots of room to pitch a tent. ALL EVENTS MUST be pre approved and will incurr extra fee’s depending on type etc. Contact to discuss further. Mount Begbie Brewery & Hillcrest Hotel walking distance. Town is 10 mins drive, ski resort 20 mins. Caters for 6 inside
