Blocks from the beach. This peaceful centrally located home offers fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces for your stay on Marco. This home features a private heated pool and being less than 1 mile to the top restaurant's on the island. High speed Wi-Fi allows for zoom meetings and streaming your favorite TV shows. Guests are welcome to fish from our private dock right behind the house and enjoy the outdoor shower. Please be aware there are outdoor security cameras on the exterior of property.

Steps to the beach! You have the Marco Island Beach Access Point literally across the street. This condo is very close to the JW Marriot, providing a convenient alternative. The apartment is three-minute walk to the beach. The condo has a pool - available all year -, tennis court, BBQ and laundry on each floor. All the common areas are fully available for your use and in excellent condition. And of course, you will have a reserved parking space for your vehicle.

Just Steps To The Beach, Newly Updated, Near JW Marriott

No Damage from Hurricanes Ian, Helene, or Milton! We'd love to host you if you had planned to travel to an area affected by any of these storms in other parts of Florida. Clean one-bedroom condo, with a pullout couch and it's just steps to the most exclusive hotel on Marco Island.
