I really can't say enough good things about this place, the location, the host Rose Marie and the overall experience. We drove everywhere on the island and Ffryes beach is an absolute stand out location. It's not dominated by over developed hotels, it's used by locals who are all friendly and both sand and beach are spectacular. The property itself is extremely spacious, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as the living spaces. This is the apartment you want, it's top floor and it's the biggest of the 3 top floor properties. It had everything possible you'd need to self-cater as well as extras like beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys for kids. Internet was fast and reliable. The view from the balcony each morning while eating breakfast looked out towards the sea and I'd never get bored of it. There are a handful of places to eat and drink in walking distance. Top tip, try and use proper local shops for food & drink, the Epicurean supermarket prices are eye wateringly expensive.

Nasel was a great host, we had a clean space and very clear instructions on how to reach the location. I would definitely recommend them to other travelers.

Our week at Franz and Korin’s place was absolute heaven. The house is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful garden. Outside sitting areas have beautiful views and a perfect breeze and shade. Kids spent hours in the pool watching the humming birds fight over the hibiscus flowers. Franz and Korin are incredible hosts! They met us at the door, explained every detail and connected us with all the tours we were interested in. We loved the 2 beaches within walking distance to the house- Hermitage has good snorkeling and hiking trails, Pearns point is gorgeously wild with fantastic huge shells. We also enjoyed a quick skip and hop to Jolly harbor for food shopping and restaurants (Sandra’s is the best). There is also a hard but rewarding trail up the peak and along the ridge through dense vegetation one street over. Sailing with Christian was also another memorable highlight. We can’t wait to be back!

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean and spacious with gorgeous views. Jolly Harbour beach was just a few minutes walk away, and was beautiful. Having a supermarket nearby was also very convenient. One thing to note: the Jolly Harbour marina community seemed sort of like a vacation retirement community. If that's not your vibe, you may want to check out other areas of the island.

Es waren für uns herrliche und unbeschwerte Tage, die wir an diesem herrlich wunderschönen und liebenswerten Ort verbringen durften. Silvia hatte nicht viel Zeit, aber durch Spechnachrichten war immer sehr schnell Kontakt da. Ich/wir haben den kleinen, kühlen Pool mit frischem Meteorwasserr sehr genossen. Das Haus ist toll eingeteilt und hat eine herrlich grosse Terrasse, zu welcher man aus jedem der Zimmer hinaus treten konnte. Wir erhielten Mangos, Wassermelone und Salat aus privaten Gärten von Silvia. Ausserdem hat sie uns eine tolle handgefertigte Seife organisiert als Mitbringsel. Zu empfehlen, als tollen Rückzugsort diese Destination. Der Strand ist zu Fuss ca in 10‘ zu erreichen.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the villa in Jolly Harbour. The villa was spacious and clean. The beautiful Jolly Beach was just a few minutes' walk or golf cart ride away and it was one of the nicest beaches on the island. The Jolly Harbour area has restaurants and a supermarket amongst other shops and amenities. We had a couple of minor issue during our stay but Jovanna was responsive and helpful throughout. One feedback is that we would have liked a grill on the deck to enjoy that space a bit more in the evenings.

I like the space and other amenities that was offered. Grocery service, transportation, and any other kind of service I needed. She was very accommodating. Victor was excellent and had great suggestions when we was looking for specific places to go on the island. The only thing is I would have liked to know the outside area was a shared space.

We stayed here with two families and it was the perfect size for us. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to the beach with three kids, as well as to a few restaurants at night. We loved the backyard space on the water for mornings and evenings. The AC in one room wasn’t working upon arrival, but they quickly took care of that for us. They were very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. We would rent there again, thank you for a great stay.

We spent two weeks at Seaview terrace. We enjoyed the views every morning and evening. watching the boats and beautiful sunsets! The house is very comfortable and a nice place to relax after a day of beach time and activities! The area was perfect for us with great beaches and restaurants and grocery store close by.. Alyson greeted us upon our arrival and she always very responsive to any needs we had. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone. You will not be disappointed!! We will miss this beautiful island and these beautiful people!
