The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Welcome to your peaceful Southside retreat! This 1,488 sq ft ranch offers comfort and convenience with 2 king bedrooms, 2 baths, and a business suite with twin bed and Wi-Fi. Enjoy a cozy living room with 65” TV, fenced yard, deck, and 2-stall garage. Dogs welcome (max 2; see rules under "Other Details to Note"). Sleeps 5 max — 5th guest +$50/night. Ideal for families, professionals, and travelers seeking quiet relaxation near Sioux Falls attractions.

Home away from home

This is a basement apartment in a local family home. It has a private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and common space to hang out with a pull out bed if needed . There is space to park on the driveway and is walking distance to Dordt College the local public high school and the All Season Center with the ice rink and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Downtown is also very close for local businesses, coffee shops, and grocery store.

The Block Studio-202

Spend your stay in a little history at The Block. Built in 1911 by John Groth, this studio apartment has elements of the original John Deere and later Ford factory including the original hardwood flooring, brick wall, and high ceilings. Most of the furnishings are comprised of reclaimed lumber from the dismantled car elevator. Historic photos of the building are throughout the common hallways for a trip back in time.

The Sanctuary, a historic vacation rental

This beautifully remodeled and fully furnished rental (3 bedroom/ 2 bath—sleeps up to 6 adults) offers all of the comforts of home (+Wifi). Walking distance to grocery store, shops, dining, park and pool. Perfect for families and entertaining. Please respect no animals (severe allergies), smoking, parties or “booking for someone else” policies outlined in the house rules. If smoking outside, please use ashtray.

Spacious Ranch style home with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 2 3/4 quarter bathrooms. The main floor consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed, attached 3/4 bath and a mounted television. There's a full bathroom and 2 other bedrooms with queen beds, a well equipped eat in kitchen with main floor laundry as well. The newly renovated basement has a mounted television, extra entertaining area and 3/4 bath.

Center Lake Retreat Entire Lower Level Walk Out

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.
