Eine Küchenzeile ist vorhanden. Im Umkreis von 1-2km befinden sich Geschäfte, Wirtshaus, Bahnhof, Eurotherme und Bushaltestellen. Vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine kleine Grünfläche. 3,50 € Ortstaxe pro P./pro Nacht in bar vor Ort zahlen.

No traffic noise will disturb you. In front of the bungalow is your designated and free parking spot. The world-famous towns Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang are roughly within a 20km radius, and Salzburg is approximately 50km away. A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Loft im Kunst-Atelier, Bad Ischl

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Das Appartement Donna Lea ist ca. 1,3 km vom Zentrum von Bad Ischl entfernt. Der Fußweg beträgt ca. 10 Minuten, die Fahrzeit mit dem Auto beträgt ca. 3 Minuten. Beim Appartement steht ein kostenloser Privatparkplatz zur Verfügung. Alle berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Bad Ischl sind zu Fuß aus leicht erreichbar. Hallstatt und St. Wolfgang sind von der Unterkunft aus mit dem Auto bzw. mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leicht erreichbar.

Salzburg is reachable in about 35 Min. by car. Really interesting trips (Sightseeing, cultural events...) and many sports (sailing, hiking, riding, swimming, ..) are possible.

Die ca. 35m2 große Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Bad Ischl. Zu Fuß sind Bahnhof, Geschäfte und Restaurants der Innenstadt erreichbar. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz kostenlos zu nutzen. Ansonsten ist angrenzend der gebührenpflichtige Parkplatz Kaiservilla ( 2 e Ladestationen) . Ein versperrbarer Fahrradabstellplatz ist vorhanden.
