Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Strickerl

Das Ferienhaus "Strickerl" ist an einem der schönsten Wanderorte der Welt gelegen, im Salzkammergut. Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand außerhalb von Bad Ischl im Salzkammergut. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

SO Apartments EG - Filzmoos, Neuberg

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Exklusives Panorama Chalet inmitten der höchsten Berge! Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und abgelegenen Unterkunft. Lass deine Seele baumeln und erhole dich vom stressigen Alltag in einer atemberaubenden Bergwelt. Genieße gemütliche Abende vorm Kamin oder relaxe in der Sauna. Aus dem Whirlpool kannst du den freien Blick in die umliegenden Berge genießen. Die herrliche Panoramaterasse und die große Fensterfront ermöglichen einen einmaligen Ausblick.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Chalet Rosenstein

Erlebe in dieser besonderen und familienfreundlichen Unterkunft besondere Momente. Die herrliche Ruhe und der schöne Ausblick in die Großarler Berg und Naturlandschaft ist bestens um sich zu erholen und Kraft zu tanken. Im Winter verfügt Grossarl über ein Hochmodernes Skigebiet wunderschöne Abfahrten und Tiefschneehänge . Da sich unser Haus auf einer Anhöhe von 2,5 km Bergstraße befindet werden im Winter Schneeketten empfohlen.
