We are pleased to introduce this beautiful beach apartment in modern design. Calle Galera 1, 1C. Located in line 2 towards the beach Playa del Cura. A cozy terrace facing the street. And a romantic patio with access from the bedroom. We might accept one small- or medium-sized dog on request. However, chargeable. Pets are not permitted in long-term rentals. One adult, optional with a child up to 2 years old, or two adults. Cot and children's high chair is paid service available on request.

Welcome to Villa Marie Anne, this is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps upto 6 people,with separate kitchen and dining room villa on its own plot of land, including pool. The pellet burner in the living room, has 5 settings, and heats through to the kitchen and largest bedroom. ( via the ducting ). I like to visit when i can, hence personal belongings, locked in a wardrobe. This still leaves PLENTY of space for guests who choose to book a stay at Villa Marie Anne. £8 per night per pet fee.

The apartment is located on the first line of the Acequión beach.Just 5 minutes walk from the beach of Los Naufragos. The apartment has been recently renovated. It has a safe. Surrounded by all kinds of services: supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants, pharmacy and Acequión health center without having to travel by car. It is 15 minutes walk from the center of Torrevieja, the promenade, fairgrounds and leisure areas.
