Away Time is your place to call home while visiting the Oregon coast. This modern, cozy beach-themed apartment is fully furnished with everything you need, whether your stay is two nights or two months. Be refreshed as you embark on a perfect day getting toes sandy at Sporthaven Beach and later hiking through the lush forest, on the Redwood Nature Trail, or one of the many activities! Fishing the Rivers, port festivities, restaurants and more are minutes away with Away Time as your home base.

Blue Lake Sanctuary

Surrounded by pastures, it's a short walk to the Mad River for swims and walks. The Mad River Brewery is less than a mile up the road. Excellent mountain biking is 1 mile away. In a 15 minute drive you can find the hip town of Arcata, surrounded by redwoods and hiking as well as a majestic coastline. Sundays 10 am to noon we host a family friendly ecstatic dance in the studio adjacent to the apartment. Expect music at that time. Come join us! Public Yoga classes are Tuesday & Saturday am.

Do you like hiking, surfing or maybe white water rafting or kayaking? Close to scenic rivers, giant redwoods and of course one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. We are in a great location to catch a sunset, whale watch, take a stroll along the beach, search through the tide pools at low tide, or check out the lighthouse. All right across the street . Also a prime location to watch fireworks on 4th of July. This is a bottom floor unit with excellent ocean and lighthouse view.

Nestled within the Jacoby Creek Valley, near The Humboldt Bay with easy access to Arcata and Eureka; immersed in leafy surrounds, offering a variety of hiking and walking trails, perfect for nature lovers, The Retreat ensures peace and quiet, while being only a short drive to all amenities. This spacious, warm and cozy studio apartment provides comfortable sleeping for 4, with 2 queen size beds. One bed is a comfy pillow top, the other is comfy memory foam type mattress sofa bed.

With a location walking distance to St. Joseph's Hospital, this is the perfect spot for traveling staff or someone visiting a patient. Several restaurants, Walgreens, a dog park and Safeway are also walkable from listing. The Sequoia Zoo, Old Town and Redwood Acres are all a short drive away.

Just five minutes from the downtown Yreka I-5 on-ramp, this is a private getaway just on the edge of town. Decorated with stylish mid-century modern inspired out-of-this-world decor (with some books about extraterrestrials believed to be in Northern California) we can’t promise views of anything other than Mount Shasta and our resident wildlife - numerous deer and wild turkeys and hares make our tranquil property home with the occasional fox to liven things up.
