The loft style living area and adjacent kitchen are a perfect place to sit down and enjoy a movie on the TV/DVD Roku TV or cook a meal & enjoy it on the Patio. Bathroom has all amenities, plush towels, & spacious tub & shower. The seond bedroom has a queen size bed with a twin bunk over it. Closet, hangers, & fan.

Welcome to your charming one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Richfield, Utah—a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and affordability. Located just 2 blocks from Main Street and the city park, and a short walk to local amenities like restaurants and a movie theatre, this newly listed apartment offers an ideal base for exploring the area. The apartment accommodates up to four people, with a queen bed as well as a queen-size air mattress and couch available for extra sleeping space.

Home Base Resort #3

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but there is a 20 fee. Please let us know if you bring a pet.

La Casita on Main St

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.
