You will love staying at the base of the Colorado National Monument in our wonderfully comfy and well-stocked 3100 sf home that sleeps 10. It is on 2-acres with incredible 360-degree views, a hot tub, and is a great value! This spacious house has room for everyone to spread out. It is across from the Tiara Rado Golf Course, within walking distance to many hiking/mountain biking trails, the CO river, and is a short drive to Powderhorn Mtn Resort for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing.

One of a kind 4BR 3BA 5,200 sqft home. Stunning views of the CO Ntl Mnt and entire Grand Valley. Our grandpa, a home builder, designed this rustic house as a masterpiece for his family. He wanted it to be part of nature, so he fit it between trees and inside left exposed the massive sandstone slab on which it’s built. This large house has entertained our family and friends for generations, and we’re thrilled that now you can share it with yours, too. Be in nature but minutes from downtown!

Walk to downtown from this unique, newly remodeled 1930's home in a safe quiet neighborhood. You’ll have plentiful off street parking, a fenced in backyard, a large fully-stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms with comfy memory foam beds. 1-2 miles to CMU, Lincoln Park and St Mary's Hospital. 10 min drive to the Lunch Loops mountain bike trail system and hiking and climbing in the Colorado National Monument. Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with an evaporative cooler, not AC.

Cozy cabin, near biking trails & pet friendly

Come relax in 850 sq feet of style and charm. Originally built in the 1940's, this log cabin was ready for some new life. We have completely renovated the space, adding vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. It's located on a corner lot with completely fenced in parking. The cabin is located 2.2 miles from the Tabegauche Trailhead (biking trails), 2.8 miles from Colorado Mesa University and 2 miles from downtown GJ. You will be 2 mins away from a grocery store, liquor store, and a yoga studio!

Colorful 2 bedroom pet friendly home

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our home welcomes you and your pet/s to enjoy our 2 newly decorated bedrooms with blackout curtains, remodeled luxurious bathroom with 2 showerheads, full kitchen , laundry, pet door, dog run, back porch to sit and relax, and lovely backyard to enjoy. We encourage you to walk downtown, only 6 blocks away. The Colorado National Monument, regional airport, CMU, library, Science Center for kids, and bike trails are very close.
