Sparkling Modern Home. Near Bethel!

This space was designed so functionally for our group of four who traveled to Redding for an event at Bethel Church. The kitchen was well stocked for us to prepare meals when we wanted to eat in. Check in and check out instructions were communicated well and our stay went very smoothly. I appreciated how clean the space was, and how accurate the photos/descriptions were. I also love that we supported a non-profit through our stay!

Braveheart Cottage on the River

Beautiful place. Very clean and comfortable. Nice neighbors. Felt safe. The bed was very comfortable! The only thing was I thought the river access was behind our place and it was on owners back porch. Didn’t feel comfortable sitting there because I didn’t want to disturb anyone. The owners were very accommodating but it’s something that made me uncomfortable doing that.

I had a group of students stay at two of Christy's places. She had great basic amenities for the kitchen (pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper), laundry (detergent), and bathroom (shampoo, conditioner) that made the students' lives easier. Everything was super clean! I would definitely send my students back here again for next year's trip.

We loved staying at Katrina’s place! Very comfortable and cozy. Beautifully decorated and thoughtful design. The kitchen had everything we needed including some snacks and a bottle of wine. The house was very clean and the beds were cozy. The backyard was beautiful and a great place to relax. We also tried some of their restaurant recommendations and they did not disappoint! Will definitely stay here again when coming to Redding.

“Get Above It” in this 1940’s Comfy Downtown Home

Brandy's place was just perfect. We drove from Spokane, Washington, to Redding, California, to visit my niece and her family. We were tired when we arrived and we were so pleased when we entered the home. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was just a few blocks from my niece's house, and we walked to each others' places a few times each day, even after dark. The neighborhood was safe, and there were beautifully landscaped yards, and lovely plants and flowers along the way. Brandy's yard was one of the prettiest in the neighborhood. She had put a vase of fresh flowers from her yard on the dining room table for us to enjoy. So many sweet thoughtful niceties surrounded us in this sweet home. I would recommend Brandy's place wholeheartedly to anyone, especially those who love antiques, and charming vintage homes. I have already told my whole family all about our stay just blocks away from the reason we visit Redding. We will return.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this scenic escape. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the beautiful view. The large windows in the living room gave us a perfect panoramic view of the sparkling lake, and we spent hours enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor deck became our favorite spot for morning coffee. Our host was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything for a comfortable stay. We also loved the Christmas tree and decorations, which made the holiday feel extra special. This is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway and pet-friendly too! We can't wait to return for another stay.

I’m so thankful we were able to stay here! This house was exactly what my family of 4 needed for the week. We were hoping to find peace, rest and relaxation and that’s exactly what were able to get! The size of the peppery was perfect and the distance to everything was also perfect!! So so thankful and hoping we’ll be able to stay there again!

My family & I came up to Redding for the weekend to visit Bethel Church and couldn’t have chosen a better Airbnb! Eric & Victoria were always very helpful and responsive. We had a relaxing weekend even though it was just a short stay. Loved that everything was exactly as pictured and described. Will definitely look into coming back on our next visit

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Redding. The home was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like coffee, snacks. The location was perfect—quiet neighborhood, yet just minutes away from Sundial Bridge, great restaurants, and scenic spots like Burney Fall, Whiskeytown Lake and Lassen Volcanic National Park. A local festival Glowing Wild was a beautiful event near sundial bridge. Our host Dennis was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great tips for exploring the area. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Redding.

Anelsy was a great host. Communication was friendly and swift. The home was very clean, you can tell she put a lot of time into making the house feel comfortable and relaxing with the decor. The beds were very comfortable and accommodated our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. There are a ton of activities to do in town and delicious food. It was an all-around wonderful stay. One of our kids left behind important stuffed animals, Anesly let us know she had them and got them mailed back in no time. For that, we are grateful. Thank you! We will be back for all those reasons.

Unser Aufenthalt in Ryans Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Schon vor der Anreise war Ryan super kommunikativ und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben fühlten. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat er immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und kleinere Anliegen sofort gelöst – ein wirklich herausragender Gastgeber! Die Unterkunft selbst war wunderschön: modern, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – genau wie in der Beschreibung. Für unsere Familie war es der ideale Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und gemeinsam eine erholsame Zeit zu genießen. Besonders schön fanden wir auch die ruhige Umgebung und die angenehme Atmosphäre, die die Unterkunft ausstrahlt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten die Tage voll und ganz genießen. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt! Vielen lieben Dank, Ryan, für deine Gastfreundschaft und die tolle Erfahrung. we had a great time at Lisa's place. we especially loved being able to use the baby /toddler items like travel cot and highchair. cupboards were child proof and our son loved the toys that were available.

This is the second time I've stayed with April. Her place is perfect for one person (could be cramped for two), in a peaceful and quiet location on the river. The Jacuzzi and pool were great. April was responsive to all my texts and made me feel welcome.
