Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located off the I-5/CA44. The perfect stop over on a journey down I-5 . Keypad access. You will appreciate the blackout curtains and white noise machine for a good night's sleep or cat nap during the day! A short walk to downtown and the Sacramento River. A convenient drive to many attractions. One of our favorite things is a stroll down Market St. where we can grab a cup of coffee and visit the gift shops. No children/upstairs unit

The Cascade Motel, is a 1950 original Moter Lodge with an update. It's close to Central Redding, 12 min to Bethel, 4 min to the Bonneyview boat ramp on the Sacramento River, 6 min to I-5. This little cluster of Airbnb is part of a larger residence hotel with long- term residents. This is a quiet friendly community, welcoming sort term stays

Our peaceful apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful oak and manzanita trees, 2 miles from Bethel and Simpson. With easy access to I-5, you can be at Mt. Lassen National Park or Mt. Shasta in less than one hour! We can accommodate up to 4 people in a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, & a single rollaway bed (suggested for a youth/child) upon request. Our guest apartment is available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
