A beautiful, quiet relaxing large home over looking the river. I would definitely stay here again! Very clean & great amenities. Enjoyed morning coffee on back porch .

This is the absolute perfect getaway to unwind and relax, with pastures all around you and an abundance of wildlife 🐦⬛ It is beyond peaceful with no traffic noises to wake you at night, which was a blessing having my 1 year old with us! My favorite part was the fully stocked kitchen! I am an avid cook and baker, and I was delightfully surprised to see everything I needed to bake anything I wanted🙂 We will definitely make this our go to place when we are visiting Iowa or surrounding areas!

We enjoyed our stay and the house. Pool was very relaxing . Neighborhood was very peaceful, and there was plenty of space inside the home , very clean and Accommodating!

Mark is a great host! Responds in a timely manner, answers any questions or concerns that may arise. Has such a lovely home with all the best amenities and a wonderful view of the landscape. They’re is wildlife consistently present on the property and it’s beautiful to watch! Such a perfect home away from experience!

Nice & comfortable little place! Bed was so comfy!! Smart tvs were a huge plus. Water pressure in shower was great! Easy highway access and very clean house. I extended my stay in the middle of my reservation and host(s) were very easy going & great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Frances’s place. The house was very clean, well stocked and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the curtains blocked out the light so we slept very well. We were visiting family and found the location was very convenient for groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Frances was an excellent host with great communication. We would definitely stay again!

The home was extremely spacious and clean. It was in a wonderful neighborhood with a very nice view of a small pond from the backyard. Zhuyan was also very responsive. The beds were all comfortable and large. I think the listing needs to be updated. I found that it was inaccurate. The listing says there are no cameras there are at least 3 outside cameras. It also says there is a fire pit, there wasn’t one. Finally, the kitchen essentials were running very low and pretty worn. Again wonderful home for a large family and I would 100% stay again. The listing just needs an update.
