Garden Apt in heart of McCook!

This Garden Apartment is unique and very organic. You will feel very comfortable and peaceful. It has been totally renovated from ceiling to floor! Therefore, it is not designed for hunters, smokers and it's not pet friendly. The owner will clean the apartment once a week for $50 and if your stay is longer $75 per week. This will include changing sheets, towels, cleaning kitchen and taking the trash. It is close to downtown. We have 4 outdoor cameras for security. Parking is on the street.

The home is available for rent to host reunions, showers, small parties, etc.

We have available a complete basement for private use with separate entrance for up to 8 people (not shared with other guest). It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, bar/kitchenette, family room with big screen TV, pool table and desk, along with access to large back yard, fire pit areas and upper deck. We do live upstairs and have a 2 dogs. We might be sharing the deck with you upon occasion.
