Great and tidy accommodation. Felt comfortable and at peace as there is a lot of privacy. Was lovely to get away from the busy city and enjoy the calmness of this area. Host is very responsive and kind. Definitely recommend this chalet ✨

It was a good stay. We enjoyed the Eid get together there. The house is large with full of space for a large group of people.

Rented this stunning 3 bedroom villa , with a perfect location and walking distance from the beach ( accessible only to the customers of certain apartments and villas, including ours) and amazing local restaurants. The villa itself was very well presented and had a lovely downstairs living space , opening to the spacious patio with a heated outdoor pool and covered sitting area. The outdoor space also includes a kitchen and barbeque. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to our request. We found the villa very clean and comfortable and would recommend this host and property to our friends.

We had a wonderful stay! The host, Hamza, was very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The place itself was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The heated pool was a fantastic bonus, and the super fast WiFi made everything even better. We truly loved our time here and would definitely come back!

I can't recommend this place enough for couples or families especially. There is a nice garden and the area is peaceful and quiet. The pool inside is nice and private and it is heated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and the host is kind and welcoming. I have stayed twice here and would definitely stay again 10/10.

الشقه نظيفه جداً ، موقعها جميل وراقي جداً خلف الياسمين مول ، المضيف جداً متساعد ، شكراً للاخ نايف على حسن التعامل وسرعة الاستجواب ، اقترح هذه الشقه وبشده ، وسوف اكرر الزياره مره اخرى إن شاء الله.

Zaid is a wonderful person he helps you beyond the host he welcomes you as friend and guided you every step of the journey. Property is beautiful you can walk to local markets but for prophet masjid ul nabie pbuh you have to have a taxi that’s you best option and it’s cost you around 35 to 40 SRA . 100% recommended

Staying at the Beachfront Apartment in Royal Residence 4 was an amazing experience! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and a short walk to Soho Square with all its restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The apartment is modern, clean, and spacious, offering all the comforts you could want. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient getaway!

responsive host... called him 4 hrs prior check in time and he managed to have the place ready. peaceful and quiet place. gate man is super friendly and described each and every detail of the place during check in.

This is a first class relaxing home. So lovely a place to get away from work for few days. Beautiful accommodation
