Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Spacious guest suite nestled in a quiet family neighborhood, private entrance, use of shared deck with seating overlooking backyard. King bed and full kitchen with all necessities. Washer/dryer in unit and large walk-in shower. L-shaped sectional with smart 65” TV (no cable). Centrally located within minutes to all Colleges, UVM Med Ctr, Down Town Burlington, Lake Champlain and Golf Courses.
