The Nut House

The Nut House is a one of a kind large Acorn suspended up amongst the trees. While staying in the worlds largest acorn you will be fully immersed in nature. You can sit on the porch and listen to the sounds of the birds and see clear creek flowing by. At the Hive, we have blended a classic A-frame style with the treehouse feel that our guests love. Our largest cabin so far will sleep four with room for dining and just hanging out. The huge porch wrapped around the trees provides the perfect spot for relaxing with family or friends. Adults-Only (18+): This property is not suitable for children. Guests who book and arrive with children without prior approval will have their reservation canceled without refund in accordance with house rules.

Most unique treehouse destination you will find. For ages 12+. 2 bedroom / 1 bath treehouse uses 4 shipping containers. The interior has a modern farmhouse style. After waking up with an incredible view, move outside to 1 of 5 balconies, including the 3rd floor screened porch with hot tub or to the 6th floor crows-nest 50’ in the air. Are you looking for a couples get-away, adult trip, or a romantic celebration...the unique “nature” of the treehouse will make for a unforgettable experience.

The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.
