Allen House (calm retreat)

Not so much driving when you're centrally located between Tri-Cities and Prosser--18 minutes each way. Property sits on 1.5 acres on a small hill, and your private space is located in rear of house where there's no activity but lots of great views of the vineyards and the Yakima River. Nearby services include a gas station, and easy entry into Benton City proper for churches, groceries, post office, dining and wineries. Owners are a quiet couple who look forward to making your visit memorable.

Red Mountain View

Fantastic country home sitting with an incredible view that overlooks the red mountain. A quiet neighborhood, centrally located, just minutes from anywhere, wineries, boating and river rafting are all within a couple of miles. This home is newer, very clean and nicely furnished, master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The second and third bedroom also have a queen bed, Washer and dryer in home. Everything provided for a comfortable stay, with outdoor table and small BBQ.

Beautiful Richland - Suite A

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located retreat! Within 3-miles of mall, shopping, dining, and top wineries. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

The Grain Bin Inn

Enjoy the tranquility! The Grain Bin Inn is located 15 miles north of Pasco, WA on an organic farm, featuring over 300 different crop varieties, from asparagus to zinnias! The Inn is cozy and unique- perfect for a weekend getaway at any time of the year! There's a fire pit, as well as other outdoor areas to relax in such as the grain bin lounge. The Inn is minutes from a boat access on the Columbia river. Come enjoy a peaceful stay with bird watching and stargazing!

West Richland Retreat: Cozy 2BR/2BA

This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is equipped with high speed WiFi, air condiitoning, and an in unit washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The second bedroom, equally inviting, offers another cozy queen bed and easy access to the second full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essential cookware to make it easy to whip up meals.

Riverside Tiny House Cozy Getaway

A hidden tiny-house retreat steps from the Yakima River. String lights, a crackling firepit, and movie nights on the projector set the mood. Launch a kayak for sunset on the water, then unwind in full comfort with heat, AC, and a full kitchen. A rare riverside escape where time slows down and you can experience tiny home living. ** Kayaks available seasonally upon request (May–September) for experienced river paddlers. River conditions and safety rules apply.

This darling, newly updated, sparkling clean home is in a beautiful tree-lined, quiet neighborhood. The private backyard is a delight with twinkly lighting at night or bbq and fun during the day! Convenient location near Hanford, Columbia and Yakima rivers, downtown, wineries, walking paths, and highway access. With 2 separate living rooms there is plenty of space for up to 9 guests to spread out!

Executive home, family sized comfort, winery row!

There's room for everyone in this well appointed home! Master has a king bed, guest room 1 has a bunk bed with a twin over full, guest room 2 has a full/queen, and the secluded family room has a full sized pull out sofa bed. There is a lovely patio with a nice view of Candy Mountain. The kitchen and adjoining BBQ patio are a convenient space to relax and prepare a nice meal.
