Coco's Place

This is an Older House and Not perfect, but affordable. If you want to book the Taj Mahal and high priced place we have other places. Even though we spray for insects, thes older homes may have an occassional spider, so if that bothers you, please book something else. This is a nice comfortable older home with Heater/AC Window units that will keep you cool and warm in winter. But Spacious, with a Full Kitchen, Large T.V. , Large couches and Washer Dryer. It's about 2 blocks to shops & food.

Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This isn't a cookie cutter house—please read listing.
