The place felt just like home! It was cozy and comfortable and in a nice quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and will def recommend this place to others. The bed was comfortable and all of the extras were great! Toiletries ands extra towels, ziploc bags, spices and a fully equipped kitchen made the stay even better! Thank you Robert!

Great stay just had to leave a bit early because I had a family emergency. It was super quiet. Couldn’t hear anything love the animals there were a couple things that kind of creeped me out, but for the most part, it was great. The host was very communicative. The things that creep me out were the fact that they were whips hanging up in the bathroom and made me a little bit uncomfortable, cause I’m black man with a black friend and we in the middle of nowhere and it was very quiet. It just didn’t seem proper. I know that it probably wasn’t intended to be anything such as representation of slavery, but that’s kind of how I felt. That’s why I said it creeped me out a little bit and also didn’t help me knowing it was very quiet, but besides that everything was great left a little bit of a mess because I had to rush out really early truly apologize wasn’t intended. I intended to stay longer, but some things came up.

This is the second time I've stayed with April. Her place is perfect for one person (could be cramped for two), in a peaceful and quiet location on the river. The Jacuzzi and pool were great. April was responsive to all my texts and made me feel welcome.

The house was very good. Everything was perfect. They were very good people. They responded immediately.

Nice townhome and very conveniently located. Adams and his support staff are very quick to respond to any questions.

Great house in a nice location for getting downtown and to the outdoors.

My family stayed at Kat + Jay’s place and felt like they never left home. The place was perfect! My family went to explore a little bit of the city and Chico State University. The house was clean, peaceful and ver comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, but yet close to campus, restaurants and local cafes. They home offered everything my family needed, and the stay was stress free and enjoyable. Kat and Jay were super responsive and kind and even made accommodations to make out check-out more comfortable. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay at Chico and we look forward to our next visit! ❤️

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Redding. The home was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like coffee, snacks. The location was perfect—quiet neighborhood, yet just minutes away from Sundial Bridge, great restaurants, and scenic spots like Burney Fall, Whiskeytown Lake and Lassen Volcanic National Park. A local festival Glowing Wild was a beautiful event near sundial bridge. Our host Dennis was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great tips for exploring the area. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Redding.

Our stay was great. The location is close to everything in Red Bluff. Starting with the parking with a huge driveway for parking and getting in and out of the property with ease. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. I have family in Red Bluff and would stay here again when we have another family event. Thank you Maria for being a great host.

Während unseres Aufenthalts hat er immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und kleinere Anliegen sofort gelöst – ein wirklich herausragender Gastgeber! Die Unterkunft selbst war wunderschön: modern, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – genau wie in der Beschreibung. Für unsere Familie war es der ideale Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und gemeinsam eine erholsame Zeit zu genießen. Besonders schön fanden wir auch die ruhige Umgebung und die angenehme Atmosphäre, die die Unterkunft ausstrahlt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten die Tage voll und ganz genießen. What a cute little place in a great location around lots of local stores and quick food choices. Was visiting Chico for a wedding and me and my extended family all stayed together. The house had plenty of space and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Doggies loved it too!
