Custom Craftsman With Hot Tub Close to Ocean

Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Admire the many historic craftsman and California bungalow homes in this tranquil neighborhood. Walk to the beach and catch a concert in the park. Stroll to shops and a choice of farmers' markets, as well as Colorado Lagoon and Marine Stadium. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes).

1930s Corner Grocery Store Turned Remodeled Home

Prepare meals in a gourmet subway-tiled kitchen, complete with stainless Frigidaire appliances. High ceilings and an open layout give a real feeling of space, while a cluster of wall paintings adds style. Use supplied cruiser bikes to explore Long Beach area or relax with your favorite shows on the Roku TV. Our modern home has been thoughtfully designed to deliver modern conveniences and comfort while maintaining the style and spirit of home! This space can sleep up to 2 comfortably and a futon for 2 additional guests. We have BIKES, a TV, a gourmet kitchen with stainless Frigidaire appliances and laundry room. You will have the entire space for you and your guests! This home has it’s own Private entrance! There is free street parking in front of the house (never had an issue getting parking)! I am available to answer questions via the app, phone or text! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! Jump on the cruiser bikes to begin exploring, with the beach less than 2 miles away. Downtown Long Beach is not much further, and is known for its sports bars. Sights such as Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and Hollywood are also within easy reach. Apartment on the boardwalk with an amazing view

Relax and unwind in this unique getaway. Located right on the beach toward the far end of the Peninsula. Beautiful views during the day, sunsets at night. The boardwalk and ocean are right underneath your window. Occasionally you can see dolphins swimming under your window. Walk to the bay side for paddleboarding, swimming. Close to 2nd street and 2nd & PCH for restaurants. Easy access to the marina, Shoreline Village, aquarium, downtown Long Beach, convention center, cruiseship terminal.

Cozy cottage with an eco-conscious theme in quiet neighborhood of Long Beach. Newly renovated with calm rustic feel. Comes with patio and parking spot (small-medium vehicles) and private entrance. Located 33 miles from LAX and 3 miles from Long Beach airport. Next to Traffic Circle shopping center, close to downtown eateries and beach. Walking distance to fun bars. Dog friendly for under 20 lbs. for additional $10/day charged separately upon checking in. Unfortunately cats are not allowed.

Unique 1920s Craftsman Stay Near Beach

Thank you for checking out my Airbnb! This is a unique 1920's craftsman home. Guests have a private entrance and private access to 2 rooms and a large bathroom (“in-law” suite). Entering the 1st bedroom, you'll see a dinette that has seating for two. Through the hall, you’ll see the bathroom with dual vanity & French bathtub with an option to shower. Past the bathroom, there’s a 2nd bedroom w/kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee). Please note: no full kitchen.

Charming Studio in Historic &Walkable Neighborhood

Belmont Heights is a historic, family friendly neighborhood. Though our street is quiet, we are in walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. We are also very close to shopping & restaurants on 2nd Street, downtown LB, and the beach. Two nearby bus stops can take you to downtown Long Beach for restaurants, bars, Aquarium of the Pacific, and Queen Mary. *We are only 25 miles to downtown Los Angeles and 20 miles away from Disneyland. *We welcome people of all backgrounds!
