The Inn- Newly Renovated Designer Furnished

Newly renovated home features all of the modern amenities families enjoy. A large island for entertaining, a dining table seating 8, large living room, a bright sunroom with plenty of seating, as well as a sun porch with a bistro table & chairs, outdoor seating, & 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs each has a queen size bed. The home is a minute's walk from our popular home decor boutique, Gray Apple Market. A 10 minute drive to downtown York & other popular destinations such as the York Fairgrounds.

Five Star Accommodations

We've had more than one guest tell us that Bancroft Cottage was better than their stay at the Hotel Dupont! (and a lot more reasonable may we add). In the event that we already have a guest checking out on the day you are checking in, or checking in on the day you are checking out we will need to adjust the check-in or check-out time by one hour to allow sufficient time for the Housekeeper. We have exterior cameras in the front and back for added security for our guests and the property.

Completely renovated, cozy townhouse on the 18th hole of Shepherd Hills Golf Course. Very close to highways, Dorney Park, Hamilton Crossings, local colleges and universities, walking and hiking trails. Very safe and convenient. Lovely home features very large Master bedroom with 1 king bed, second bedroom offers 1 queen bed and a daybed. Full kitchen (stocked), dining, and living room. Wifi and smart tvs. Code lock.
