Gillys is a modern 2 bedroom stand alone guesthouse situated in a quiet street. The guesthouse sits on the sheltered and private side of the main residence and one acre site, overlooking large trees and gardens. Enjoy the peaceful aspect, gaze at the stars at night and listen to the distant waves crashing on the Ninety mile beach. Metung village is only a short 8 minute drive away for your closest supplies. There is a public nature track which leads to a lakeside beach and private jetty.

The neighbourhood Perched on the top of Stirling Road, a stones throw from the Metung Pub, Village, Yacht Club, Shaving Point boat ramp, Back Beach and the Boardwalk. A short drive to the Metung Hot Springs.

Cycling, fishing, walking, swimming and boating are popular here. Next door is the fauna reserve and great bird watching. It has a lake frontage and a shallow water jetty. NO CLEANING FEES!! Enjoy your getaway in Paynesville. This is a beautiful modern private home, absolute waterfront with it's own jetty and views over the canal. Spacious and modern with upstairs bedroom with ensuite and balcony, separate from the rest of the house for your privacy. You can swim or fish from the jetty (sorry,NO BOATS ALLOWED) or just enjoy the view from the balcony. 25 minute walk to town or just a 4 minute drive.Private check in and check out.
