Modern Tiny House with Spectacular Views

Located about 40 min south of missoula in Stevensville MT. Newly finished tiny home with high end finishings. Great location for access to tons of hiking, flyfishing and other outdoor activities in the beautiful Bitterroot valley. Large shower with dual shower heads, stainless appliances and plenty of room to cook, two large decks for outdoor lounging and grilling. Note: the last mile or so is a primitive road. Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

Better yet, grab a pole to test your luck with some fishing. How about a bike ride from the cabin taking you along the river to the historic downtown Stevensville, Montana's oldest town home to small shop boutiques and delicious local foods. For snow lovers, we’re minutes away from the spectacular Lolo pass, and Lost Trail ski areas.

River Park Place

Located in the dry fly-fishing capital of Montana, this one-bedroom apartment sits on a park-like setting steps away from Hamilton's 65-acre River Park and the Bitterroot River and a 45-minute drive from Lost Trail Ski Area. Walking distance from downtown shopping and a local fly shop, the 900-square-foot apartment is bright and cozy. It offers a full kitchen and barbecue, wifi and off-street parking. Relax on the patio or use the space as your base camp for exploring the Bitterroot Valley.

In the heart of the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. The views are spectacular. You're near everything that screams Montana; hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing, hunting, wilderness, horseback riding, rodeos, quaint shops, restaurants, and historical places! Our guesthouse is on the same property as our home with 8 acres of natural landscape. You have privacy with your own parking area. Come stay for a day, two or more. Once you're here, you won't want to go home. We look forward to hosting you!

Mountain View Yurt

Enjoy a unique experience in a Montana built yurt. Our place was created for a Montana experience in mind. Our property is settled with little neighbors and breathtaking views. Guest will have access to a private entrance and a private bathroom area that includes a composting toilet and outdoor shower (seasonally May - October). Our yurt has a king size bed alongside a small cot for a third guest. You will enjoy the serene sounds of nature and the peace under the Montana starlit sky.

Cozy Cottage overlooking the Bitterroot Valley

This fun cottage is located on the east side of the Bitterroot Valley, bordered on three sides by state land, so there is room to hike. A 10 minute drive brings you to the Bitterroot River, known for its excellent fly fishing. Across the valley are numerous trail heads that lead into the Bitterroot Mountains. By renting with us, guests agree to the terms of the contract. 2 night minimum stay. No animals allowed due to pet dander that is difficult to remove, and severe allergies to it.

The Cottage at Farmstead Hollow

The Cottage is a delightful retreat in the foothills of the gorgeous Bitterroot Mountains, 2 miles outside of Hamilton, Montana. We are a family of four living the good life on our small working farm and The Cottage is our vacation rental nestled into the center of our property. Complete with it's own driveway and nicely fenced off from the rest of the busy goings on of the barnyard, it is separate from our space, but animal sights and sounds are sometimes a part of the experience.

Honey House in the Bitterroot

You will have the guesthouse overlooking the Bitterroot Valley all to yourself. You will be less than 10 minutes from downtown Hamilton, river access is minutes away and less than an hour from Lost Trail Powder Mountain! There is a Tuft&Needle Queen bed to rest your head on, sofa, full bath, and full kitchen w/stove, oven, fridge, microwave, plates and utensils to cook your meals. We just had a rabbit move into our yard that we are quite attached to so dogs must be on leash!

The Sapphire Trout

Nestled in the Sapphire Mountains on 24 acres just outside Stevensville, Montana, is the Sapphire Trout. With panoramic views of the Bitterroot Mountains only ten minutes from the Bitterroot River and highway 93, the area offers hiking, boating, biking, fishing, hunting and many more activities. Private access to thousands of acres of public land allows for hiking, exploring and hunting opportunities and with the views, you won’t want to leave. Welcome to The Sapphire Trout.

In-Town Cozy Mountain Getaway

A quiet one bedroom house within walking distance of downtown Hamilton. Meticulously decorated and modern, the house has an aura of tranquility that will make your stay extra special. After a great day of skiing, spend time unwinding on the patio in the fresh mountain air. Enjoy an evening stroll in the nearby river park and take in a spectacular Bitterroot mountain sunset or explore downtown Hamilton, eating and drinking at one of our local breweries.

Cozy East Fork Getaway Cabin

Come "unplug" and refresh. Our cabin is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the woods. A great place to unwind and reconnect. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably. A nice big bathroom with shower and tub. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, refridgerator, oven, coffeepot , toaster....just need to bring your food! Open living area with wood stove makes for cozy evenings. Has propane bbq and firepit in back. And a large deck to watch the sunsets from.

Tiny Log Cabin on Creek

Just off HWY- 93, our tiny, cabin offers a place to relax by the creek. It includes high-speed Wifi, kitchenette. All just a stroll from the Bitterroot River (East fork). There is plenty of hot water in a spacious shower. Soak in the hot tub NEXT DOOR off our back deck. Note: the cabin includes a Nature's Head composting toilet and a small loft with single bed.
