Great little space to enjoy the lake from. Having bedrooms with their own bathrooms on opposite ends of the building was a nice touch for privacy for couples and non couples. Overall, it was comfortable and charming and was all I needed to a wonderful getaway on Rathbun. Thanks for having us Brad and Bernie!

Good home to spend the night, Gerry is a friendly and quick to respond host.

Used for a place for our wedding party in town for daughters wedding. Was a perfect space for them to get together before the big day.

Tammi's place in Moravia was a wonderful little getaway. we really enjoyed the cabin and the view of the pond! We booked last minute and Tammi was very quick and happy to help with anything we needed. Would go back again!

Really enjoyed staying downtown on the old town square. Loved the view of the old courtyard. Stayed in Chariton two nights and took advantage of walking to the two restaurants on the square. Both good meals. Loved the feel of the loft. Loved the openness and space. Beautifully decorated. Watched a movie on the big TV and kept watch of the time on the courthouse clock tower - fun.

we will definitely be back. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The setting was peaceful and quite; as well as, the host being responsive and extremely helpful.

The house was great! The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of comfortable beds! The fire pit was nice and we loved driving around looking at all the deer. We had a great weekend!

Loved our stay. 2 days there were 13 of us definitely tested the capacity lots of room. My husband and I added a day , he seldom gets summer vacations. Bring blankets especially if people sleeping on couches. More kitchen stocking if doing a lot of cooking. The house was awesome one level especially the game room extra space. Two sleeper sofa’s would work in there. Lots of room for large groups. Fire pit and pool absolutely great. Patio and two doors on the poolside was very useful. I did call Douglas with a few questions, very accommodating and friendly.
