This is a fantastic place to stay!! The beds are comfortable. The surroundings are so peaceful. Its very private. This is one of the only places I’ve ever slept that i didn’t need an eye mask, which is a huge plus for me! We are very satisfied and have booked a few upcoming stays!

The house was nice and as described in the listing. There were a couple issues with the AC and hot water, but James was quick to respond and sent someone out immediately to fix it. We really appreciated their responsiveness.

Tony was a very kind and friendly host. His neighborhood is perfect and the home is very cozy. It was nice being able to have conversations with Tony during my stay. I will definitely come back!!

We had a great stay at Aydin’s house. It’s exactly as described and better than the pictures. Very spacious, clean, wonderful welcome gifts and a great neighborhood. My son was so excited to find the toys in the toy closet and we enjoyed each evening as a family relaxing on the large couches watching movies. Great stay - I hope to book again soon!

Karen was a great host. I’ve never rented a room in someone’s place before, but for a quick weekend trip I just needed a place to sleep where I felt safe as a solo woman traveling & I was not disappointed. Karen’s place is clean and comfortable and she is friendly and a great source of information for local things to do. She will definitely be where I stay next time I’m in Alexandria.

Photos and descriptions are accurate. Bonnie is a wonderful host. We appreciated her flexibility with our delayed arrival due to a crash on the freeway. Great value
