Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. Amenities include, high speed wireless internet, a smart TV, brand new appliances and an Arcade "Multicade" that has 800 free-to-play video games from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.

PERFECT for a travel nurse, business traveler, or visitor, find yourself enjoying our WiFi, 3 min. drive to Cabrini Hospital, 12 min. drive to Rapides Regional Medical Center, and our close proximity to all restaurants, offices, and entertainment! Welcome to The Funny Farm Hideaway!!! Southern hospitality, 5 minutes to Alexandria International airport, Rapides Parish Coliseum, Johnnie Downs Dixie World Series sports complex, Kincaid Lake and many places to eat. Beautiful sunsets, fishing pond, peaceful walks around the place, and chickens to feed. Apartment 100% furnished, all linens, WiFi, and kitchen fully equipped. Apartment is upstairs, no elevator, has a back porch to relax on and watch the amazing sunsets.
