Lovely studio in wooden area

Tiny cosy studio is near to popular and trendy Telliskivi area, region is called Pelgulinn and it is unique by its wooden architecture. Tiny 20 square metres studio has everything needed inside, big comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need just for a weekend trip or for a longer stay. This is not a typical place built for an Airbnb, it has been for family use and you can feel like a local there. Bus stop is just a few minutes away and Old Town is also in walking distance.

Cozy new 2-room apartment in quiet Tabasalu

Newly decorated 2-room apartment in quiet Tabasalu close to Tallinn, big balcony, child-friendly. Free parking in front of the house, children playground next to the house. New Tabasalu Centre, swimming pool, library, food stores and nice cafes only 10 min walk away. Quiet house. Bus stop in front of Tabasalu Centre 10 min walking, where you can get buses to the centre. Rocca-al-mare 8 km, Kakumäe official beach 6 km, smaller beach 2 km, Laulasmaa spa 25 km. Very good for families. No smoking.

Queen bed, free parking, remote work

The 36m2 studio in the city center is located in a recently built modern house. It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. Äsja renoveeritud lofti tüüpi maja (36 m2), autentse õlgkatusega, asub igihalja Muraste looduskaitseala vahetus läheduses ja vaid 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel merest. Avastamist ootavad arvukad matkarajad ning rannarajad ja vaatamisväärsused (nt Suurupi alumine puidust tuletorn, Peeter Suure Merekindluse rannakaitse patarei nr 3). Pärast pikka päeva saab kümblustünnis lõõgastuda. Kümblustünn sisaldub hinnas. Vahetame vett pärast iga külalist. (Kümblustünnis ei ole mullisüsteemi).

Staying in this mini sauna cabin (20 m²) you can enjoy a view of the river, listen to the sounds of nature or take a walk to the seaside (20 min) After sauna session you can relax in the hot tub. (without bubbles) On rainy days, you can explore Netflix on 55" TV or play board games. Its possible to also use bicycles. Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.

Cozy Old Town Historic House

A unique three story single family house is located in an easily accessible part of the Old Town.The house`s thick limestone walls are partly the tower of the medieval city wall. You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. Sightseeings, museums, restaurants of Old Town within a short walk. Enjoy yourself and companions in medieval atmosphere. Great for creative retreat.

You are welcome to enjoy your time in a cozy cabin in nature with a river and pine forest nearby, and a beach within walking distance. Furnished with everything to get the best of your vacation. Guests can use the entire house with sauna, terrace and barbecue facilities. Kids can have fun at play area. The price includes 2 hours use of sauna. Possibility to use hot tub if wished. We bring firewood and water. The price of a hot tub starts at €70 per day.
