VERY SPACIOUS INCLUDES POOL, TWO GYMS AND TENNIS COURT! Guests have private use of the condo with self check-in keyless entry. Has 1 bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower/tub, enclosed screened patio, sunroom, living room with TV and Sofa that converts to a double bed or chaise, dining room, full kitchen, and laundry area. Central heat and air conditioning. We are on the third floor. The stairway is close to the condo and two elevators are also available. No pets. No parties.

Each bedroom has a television, private bath, and locking door. One bedroom has a queen size bed and one a regular/standard size bed. Each bedroom sleeps up to two. Includes a common area lounge equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, drinking water, hair dryer, TV, work space, and WIFI.
