Welcome to our private campsite in Utopia, ON. Our family’s glamping dome is your chance to experience a unique getaway surrounded by the sights & sounds of nature. Amenities include camping essentials & some glamping perks: king size bed, bbq, fireplace, Indoor incineration toilet, soap & water, outdoor shower (summer only), kettle, cooking utensils. Nearby is Purple Hill Lavender Farms, Drysdale's Tree Farm, Tiffin Conservation Area, Nottawasaga & golf courses. Wasaga Beach is 30 min away.

Our cottage backs directly onto lake Simcoe with a view overlooking the water reminiscent of a four season water villa bungalow. Enjoy the entire house with your family and friends and be captivated by nature's beauty as the sun sets behind the treeline across the lake. Easy access to lake Couchiching for fishing in the summer and ice fishing in the winter, 30 mins to Mount St. Louis for skiing and snowboarding, 30 mins to Vetta Nordic Spa and Casino Rama is only a 10 minute drive away!

Lake Simcoe Luxury Cottage | Sauna + Hot Tub

This beautiful log cottage is less than 35 feet from the waterfront, with an expansive dock, sauna, wood fired hot tub, and a sunroom overlooking the water. The main cottage contains an open plan kitchen/living room, with full bathroom, two bedrooms (queen size beds) and a cozy living room with gas fireplace. Steps away is an Adult Bunkie with queen size bed, dry bar, and half ensuite bathroom. A second kids playroom bunkie allows for an additional special space for quiet and peace.

Tucked in the heart of Muskoka, this handcrafted timber frame cabin rests alongside a scenic spring-fed lake, surrounded by 8 acres of private forest. Only 10 minutes from Bracebridge, enjoy serene lake life and natural beauty while remaining close to town amenities, local shops, and eateries. Enjoy private dock relaxation, cozy cabin comforts, and outdoor fires. A Provincial Park Day Pass is included (*security deposit required) for added adventure. Come relax, recharge and reconnect.

This tiny luxury 2 bedroom cottage is perfect for a romantic couple or small family getaway. Nestled on 1.5 acres among majestic trees and granite outcrops, creates beautiful views from the deck with BBQ, fire pit, hot tub or massive windows throughout the cottage. Water dam and river across the road create relaxing waterfall sounds that are heard from deck or enjoy it close up from the private shoreline deck and dock. Explore the Muskoka River on the kayak, SUP or river tubes.

Muskoka Retreat

Very spacious apartment (approximately 1600 sq. ft.) with private entrance. Located in Severn Bridge close to Hwy 11 at the Trent Severn waterway only 10 mins south of Gravenhurst. There are approximately 20 lakes and rivers within 30 minutes of the house with the closest one being only 5 minutes away. A guide book is offered in the suite that is full of recommendations for fun! Between Gravenhurst, Orillia, Bracebridge and Bala, there is always something exciting going on!
