All new mattresses (2024) with one king bed and 3 double beds.  Screened porch for dining and lounging lakeside. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans and outdoor BBQ. Enjoy every day comforts while overlooking beautiful Rainy Lake. Located 20 minutes east of Fort Frances. Road and lake accesible, central air, filtered water with reverse osmosis, laundry, fire pit, screened in sitting area at lake, 2 kayaks, BBQ, outdoor table and chairs with umbrella, shared dock and sauna with other campers, walking trails nearby. You have access to all of Rainy Lake USA and Canada. Close to mermaid and Sand Point. Owner may or may not be onsite maintaining grounds.
