The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. The big garden is the natural extension of the house.. hammock, fireplace, tables and spaces among olive and lemon trees, hidden from tourists routes, perfectly inside the village.

Pure nature of sicilian countryside is what offers our charming house while being very close to the town and seaside. The house is 'eco-orientated' and offers a confortable lifestyle while keeping it's touch of 'campagna' origin. From the rooftop you can enjoy amazing views over the sea and wonderful sunsets. Il soppalco accoglie il letto matrimoniale. Zona barbecue, il pergolato con cucina, la piscina, bagno e doccia esterna sono di uso comune.

Una posizione fantastica a ridosso della spiaggia di sabbia dorata e dune di incantevole bellezza , il mare a poche decine di metri di distanza crea la colonna sonora di una piacevole vacanza nel segno del completo relax. A 10 chilometri c'è Scicli bellissima cittadina tardo barocca patrimonio Unesco, set cinematografico di tanti film tra cui Il commissario Montalbano.
