Ibla (Ragusa) - Residenze San Paolo

"Residences San Paolo" is a typical Sicilian house of 1900, with classical roofs in stone, completely rebuilded and renovated with modern conforts to meet the needs of customers. The style of the furniture is classic and in complete harmony with the environment. The apartment is located in San Paolo, one of the most characteristic and naturalistic areas of Ragusa Ibla, characterized by small steps that rise up the hill, some waterfalls and a big rock of white stone overlooking the foreshortening. Residenze San Paolo is really easy to reach, it is located at the entrance of Ibla, close to the comunal Parking and the center is easily accessible on feet. House description: On the ground floor there is the entrance and the first double bedroom with bathroom and shower ensuite. On the first floor is located the second room, which can act both as a living room or 2 ° bedroom thanks to a convertible sofa, with adjoining bathroom and shower. Finally, also on the first floor there are the dining room and the kitchen, in country style and equipped with stove, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. All rooms are air conditioned with inverters and two bedrooms are equipped with usb television.

La casa dei sogni, indimenticabili sensazioni

Mobili stile liberty , pavimenti in maiolica della seconda metà dell'800 e cotto fiorentino, tetti a botte in pietra, alcova del '700 con portale in pietra. In pieno centro storico di Ragusa vicino la Cattedrale di San Giovanni. La casa 50 metri quadri. Entrati nella casa farete un tuffo nel passato. Quando riposerete dentro l'alcova( luogo di tenera intimità, di indimenticabili sensazioni) sognerete di essere tra il XVII e il XVIII secolo nel Barocco Siciliano del Val di Noto Patrimonio Unesco.

Casa Giagantini è situata in pieno centro storico in una caratteristica stradina a pochi passi da Piazza Italia, al secondo piano di un edificio privato dei primi anni '50. La casa è costituita da due camere da letto (matrimoniale e letto singolo), cucina, bagno e terrazzo privato per i momenti di relax. La cucina è allestita per poter cucinare liberamente o per la colazione. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi.
