An attic apartment in the heart of Kadriorg, made for couples and solo travellers who want more than a standard city stay. Light fills the space through skylights during the day, and in the evenings the wood-burning fireplace turns the living room into somewhere you genuinely do not want to leave. In summer, the French door balcony opens onto a quiet courtyard below. Kadriorg Palace, the art museum and the park are all within walking distance, and a tram ride takes you directly to Old Town.

This small and warm apartment is located in a quiet dead-end street near Tallinn city centre. Set in a historic 1913 house, it has its own character – slightly uneven floors and the charm of an old home. The apartment is simple but cosy, with a hallway shower and a separate toilet. A new wood-burning stove adds warmth and atmosphere, while electric heating is also available. Trams, shops and Kadriorg Park are just a short walk away. Airport buses (2 and 15) stop just a 2-minute walk away.

Selles rahulikus kohas saad kogu perega lõõgastuda. Ootame sind hubasesse palkmajja Harjumaal. Ideaalne koht puhkuseks, perepuhkuseks või rahulikuks nädalavahetuseks sõpradega. Maja asub vaikses piirkonnas, kuid samas ainult 18 min autosõidu kaugusel Tallinna Lennujaamast. Majas on hubane elutuba kaminaga, piljard, privaatne elektrisaun (4hmax. sisaldub maja hinnas), täielikult varustatud köök, mugavad magamiskohad, oma puurkaevu vesi, väliterrass, grillimisvõimalus.

Selles madalate lagedega majas saad puhata kogu perega. NB! Peod on keelatud!! Lisatasu eest on võimalik rentida saun (50€ päev). Kümblustünn samuti lisatasu eest (60€ päev). Kümbustünni puhul on vajalik 24h ette öelda, kui on soov kasutada! Trepil on nii üleval kui ka all korrusel turvaväravad. Terrassil grill, süsi palume endal kaasa võtta! Pererahvas elab samas hoovis, umbes 50m kaugusel! Palume öörahust kinni pidada! Öörahu 23:00-8:00!

Sleeps 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the pull out couch. The apartment is on the first floor and has everything you need for shorter or longer stays: functional kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher, appliances, internet connection, smart TV, washer-drier etc.

We are happy to offer home accomodation - our tiny guesthouse (28m2) with a big patio for rent to 2 adults + one kid. Pets are welcome as well! The house is suitable for them who like to spend a night in a village near forest, to hear the birds singing, instead of living in a hotel room. NB! This place is a home accommodation and the place is not suitable for parties (not allowed BBQ parties).
