This arty, cozy and comfortable apartement is located right in the City center of Tallinn. The old town is less than kilometer as well as shopping centers, theaters, bars, restaurants, spa-centers, cinema are within walking distance. Even though the building is on the main street, the apartement is very calm and quiet as the windows are facing towards the backyard. Apartement is on the 1st floor and has free parking possibility behind the house. Best suitable for a single traveler or a couple.

Tallinn Residences are two identical new detached private houses in a beutiful quiet green area located just 6 kilometres from city centre of Tallinn. We have our own new private outdoor tennis court. If it's raining you can play @Peetri indoor tennis centre only 100m from us. We are easily reachable from Tallinn Airport. Each room of the house has an individually adjustable heating system and a central ventilation system. The houses are equipped with all necessary equipment to enjoy your stay!

Bright and modern apartment is located 12min by walk to the City Center. It's close to the Old Town (18min by walk). Restaurants and Shopping Centres are all within walking distance. The apartment is located in a (built in 2016) secure house with a good public transportation availability - 100m from Tallinn Coach station, 300m from tram stop and 5 minutes driving from Tallinn Airport (Tram from airport stops 300m from my apartment). Grocery store Rimi just few steps across the road!
