We only stayed for one night but we really loved the place, private house with shared kitchen, ac and hot water, good living area and cool outside seating, Koba is communicative and helpful, recommended property

Staying at Archil's cottage in Nikortsminda, Racha, was an absolutely delightful experience that surpassed all expectations. The three-story abode is thoughtfully designed, with three cozy bedrooms providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. Archil himself is an exemplary host, combining genuine Georgian hospitality with a wealth of knowledge about the local area. He was accommodating and generous. Whether you're in the mood for adventure or seeking solace in nature, Archil's cottage is the ideal retreat. Our stay in Nikortsminda was made truly special through not only the exquisite property but also Archil’s unwavering dedication as a host. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem for a unique and memorable stay in the region of Racha.

Все понравилось , рядом вход в Мартвильский каньен . Хозяин вечером помог сьездить за продуктами ( рядом все уже закрылось к вечеру ). Приятный звук водопада. маленький минус , который к дому не относиться , дорога рядом с домом немножко дикая , надеюсь правительство сделает дорогу новую к Каньену Мартвилли от дома

One of the most beautiful Places we found in Georgia. The House is soooo amazing, in the middle of the mountains- close to waterfalls and Right in the middle of an stunning landscape. If you can, rent a car and go there, its an 1,5h Ride from Kutaisi and really worth it, bring some things to cook you some meals and just enjoy the silent and the view!The owner is very helpful with directions and anything you need. Thank you for having us!

Rent a lake cabin

- wundervolles Häusschen mit Boot, direkt am Wasser. Vom Bett kann man fast ins Boot - Unterkunft hat eine Küchenzeile und auch ein Badezimmer! Notwendige Amenity’s sind auch vorhanden (Bademantel, Handtücher, Handseife etc.) und ja, es gibt eine Toilette. (Bei der Buchung hatte ich Angst, dass ich in den Wald gehen muss, weil man nur die Badewanne gesehen hat) - Heißes Wasser reicht aus für 2x ausgiebig duschen und ein Vollbad - es kann etwas kühl werden im Herbst, aber über das kann man hinwegsehen - guter Kontakt, wir durften früher einchecken und parken geht auch fast direkt an der Unterkunft (sehr gut mit einem „normalen“ Auto erreichbar, man braucht keinen 4x4)
