I absolutely loved this place, it was very roomy, lots to do for the kids, the jetted tub was a plus. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of fun in helen. The best part was it was right on a private lake right out your front door where the fishing was absolutely amazing, I do believe I out fished my husband. I would definitely enjoy returning. I really enjoyed this stay. Thank you Joni for a amazing overall trip.

We spent a month here and felt at home from the moment we arrived. A beautifully remodeled farm home with a picturesque view of the foothills and farmland. Super close to Yaoola Creek park and Dahlonega center, too. And if any issue arose, they responded immediately. Jeana, the property manager, went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an escape to the beautiful north Georgia countryside.

Very peaceful stay for 4 adults just before new years. The woodburning stove was helpful for chilly nights, and the hot tub was enjoyed. Murphy and the surrounding areas are wonderful to explore. Would visit again sometime.

I loved my stay at Ferngully! Everything was as described. Instructions were clear and thorough. I felt right at home. I didn’t utilize all of the amenities, but there was plenty if needed. The hot tub was great which was a major factor in booking. Location was another factor. I enjoyed an amazing sunset from Bell Mountain, which is not far. I also rode over to Alpine Helen.

Had the best time at Reah’s amazing lake home. The description of the house is spot on. Perfect location for a getaway or small family retreat. Can’t wait to come back and visit. Mark

My family had a great stopover at Jason’s place. It was set up so well for a family (we have 4 kids) and everything was clean and just as described. Jason was quick to communicate the few times we needed to reach out, and should we ever find ourselves in that part of NC we would love to stay again!

Glory View is a perfect name for Heather’s place. The house has the perfect view. So many upgrades and quality work. Perfect place for a family or just a couple. You have outdone yourselves and I recommend this spot for everyone! Such a happy positive place! I will be back!

The Jewel of the Woods - the pictures do not do it justice - it is so much more! It is beautiful and clean and so comfortable. We felt right at home. Highly recommend staying in this home!

This was one of the most magical places we have ever stayed. I can’t speak highly enough about this cottage and its surroundings. It was luxurious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. Close to town with great shops and restaurants, but also very private and serene. One of the best trips we have taken in a very long time. I can’t recommend this beautiful home enough.

Jiri’s place is TRULY a find!! Really a place to unwind and experience beautiful solitude. It is fully stocked, well decorated, and thoughtful. And there’s a private waterfall!! It’s so unfortunate that it rained during my stay, because I was really looking forward to the fire pit. I will visit again and again just to get away from the city life. Next time for a week or two!! He gave so many wonderful suggestions that you may have a different experience each time. Simply PERFECT!

I had an amazing stay! The room was so clean and comfy, and had everything to accommodate me. Clayton is gorgeous, and there was so much to do!

Very quaint, very relaxing, gorgeous view of the lake from the big covered porch, close to a grocery and the surroundingarea has many outdoor activities.

The cabin and location was perfect for a weekend getaway with my two daughters. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area. Once the restaurant opened, my 9 year old made friends with some of the children who were there for dinner, and they played for hours! Lee and Jim’s info folder listed local trails, things to do, and places to eat. My 9 year old didn’t want to leave! She’s begging for another trip soon. We’ll definitely stay longer next time!

The house is a very nice place to get away and relax. Beautiful mountains and roads surround you everywhere you go.

Loved our NYE trip here! Very quiet and beautiful. The home is very nicely furnished and decorated with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The view is gorgeous and you’re close to several hiking trails and the Highlands. I’ve seen reviews complaining about the WiFi but it worked great for us. We streamed both tv and music!

I had a lovely stay. The home was very basic, but it was just what I was looking for. The lake is beautiful and very secluded. There was no soap or shampoo provided. There was also no sponge or dish brush, so cleaning dishes was tricky. And finally, there was no coffee. These are small things, but they are listed on the listing, so I did not bring any of those items.

This cute house was perfect for the four of us. We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in the area. There is so much to do in this beautiful area and Clayton is just a quick trip down the road.

Our stay in the North Georgia mountains was terrific because of our kind hosts and their beautiful property. We especially appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to book at the last minute due to a severe storm that disrupted our camping plans. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, providing a much-needed respite from the rain and a good night's sleep.

Ronnie’s place was a great little getaway for Easter weekend. 2 minute drive to downtown Clayton for shopping and dining. Will definitely book this place if we ever venture back!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!! Beautiful, scenic, quiet, it’s a home in the mountains and away from the city where you can just reset yourself. Just the drive alone was so beautiful. My Fiancé and I loved it. My dogs loved it. Sitting on the beautiful porch drinking coffee and listening to nature while surrounded by mountains is beautiful. Inside the cabin, you immediately feel like you’re home. From the soft beds, couches, the kitchen, bathroom, but my favorite was the backyard. It’s so beautiful, gated, and quiet. To see my fiancé and our dogs running around and playing and just happy in this atmosphere was as if I was in heaven. Traveling and visiting the towns was amazing and you must visit Helen Georgia. But what made this trip unforgettable was the hospitality of the host Tania and Mark. The amazing hospitality, helping after getting locked out the cabin twice which was my fault, checking in on us, so flexible with us. We felt like family. Luv you guys. We will be back. Huge Hugs
