Have a great experience in a high standard flat in the best spot of Ipanema, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Recently renovated, sunny balcony with views of the pool and courtyard. Master bedroom , double bedroom, 2 full bathrooms. Air conditioner (bedrooms and living). Kitchen fully equipped. Fast internet 442 mb, smartTV, daily cleaning. Concierge. Garage. 24h security and doorman. In August and September, due to construction noise in a nearby apartment, daily rates are discounted.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment. Just 150 meters from the beach (position 8-9), with beautiful views of the square and in the distance to our left, the sea of Ipanema. The condominium is located in front of the General Osorio metro station, surrounded by excellent restaurants, shops of all kinds and supermarkets open 24-7. The apartment is quite safe, located on the fifth floor (with elevator) in a condominium with concierge service and video surveillance.
