This is a stylish living space with a great view. The host is friendly and responsive. The Dong Da lakeside location is central and convenient. I always return here.

Thank you to Phuong and everyone else who helped us. We really loved the gym and the cafe downstairs. The staff there was always so helpful and kind and the cafe dog Bông brightened my day. The apartment was as described and we loved the loft. It was quirky but we expected that from a loft. The furniture made locally was really beautiful and the shower was great (I am picky about showers haha!) We unfortunately had to move to a different room after a wind storm cause a piece of siding the get loose, but the other room was really lovely too. Phuong was patient and kind with me in a moment when I was very stressed. I am very grateful to her. I would suggest a stay here.

Host was friendly and profesional. one of the best airbnb apt which i have stayed in Ha Noi. its friendly and full of facilities. the apt was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nice city view! The best thing is its prime location - supermarket and coffee shop downstairs, near to everything. Compared to the apartments in Ba Dinh district, its price is more reasonable.. Highly recommend!!!!!

My chosen place each time I come to Hanoi. Very well kept. Thanh is very responsive and always willing to help. Highly recommended place to stay

The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The addition of a washing and drying machine was especially helpful for me and my family during our travels. Definitely a 5-star experience!

3 things which stand out about this place is, 1. The place overlooks the lake and is very close to city centre if you take grab. 2. Premium property which provides feel like home as well as service apartment 2. Prompt service and response by the host. We enjoyed our trip very well and would like to come back.

It fitted our purposes of a one night stay in Hanoi before leaving for Cambodia. The flat is tiny but fully equipped, clean and quiet. The rooftop is pleasant and you have several washing machine, dryer and laundry soap. Good location, I had a really nice run around the lake and it’s full of bars/restaurants/pho etc. Cindy allowed us to checkout late which really helped us!!

amazing host and place. very clean and very nice. felt like home
