Centrally located in Queenstown, Million Dollar Views is a 2-bedroom apartment with magnificent lake and mountain views. Conveniently located, we are within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Located in a quiet part of town, pleasantly set apart from the rush and bustle that Queenstown can sometimes experience. The apartment is fully self-contained with a full kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are also provided. The bedding in the apartment consists of one Queen bed and two singles. The singles are bunks (one above the other) and not suitable for the larger/heavier adult. Best suited for a couple or a family with up to 3 children. Not suitable for 2 couples. If you are arriving in Queenstown by car, covered parking is provided for your convenience. Whether you are visiting Queenstown in winter to take advantage of the amazing slopes, or an adrenaline junkie looking for your next thrill, or simply want to enjoy the scenery, Million Dollar Views is the perfect place to base yourself. Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

Henrietta, once lived at this very address and grew lavender and flowers in the garden to make soaps and lotions. Conveniently located between Queenstown & Arrowtown, this is the perfect base to retreat back too after exploring everything the adventure capital of the world has on offer. .

We are situated at Jacks Point which has a international Golf Course, rated among the top in the world. 10 minutes from Queenstown International Airport, 20 mins from the centre of Queenstown and on the main highway to Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound and Te Anau making your trip to Milford area so much shorter.
