The beautiful surf beach of Mermaid is practically on the doorstep. Along the way and almost as close are two premium eateries, Le Café Gourmand and Little Mermaid. Also conveniently located within walking distance Pacific Fair shopping centre and the Broadbeach shopping and dining precinct. A very short walk to the Gold Coast bus and light rail system! The 700 bus along the Gold Coast Highway offers direct transportation services to Coolangatta, Tugun, Currumbin, Burleigh Heads, Miami, Mermaid and the Broadbeach South station is in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The G:Link light rail, also located at the Broadbeach South station directly in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, will easily and quickly transport you to the most popular areas of Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Southport. If you are travelling from Coolangatta Airport Mermaid 24 is about 25 minutes via Taxi/Uber or by Bus take Number 777 to the Mermaid Beach stop. Baby Bedhaha

Set amongst the tranquil rainforest, this light and bright two bedroom unit is the ultimate destination for your next hinterland retreat. Located in the heart of Maleny, just a short 5 minute walk to the centre of town where you'll find plenty of interesting shops and eateries. I have two other houses beside this one for rent as well. One has four bedrooms and the other has three. An important add-on note though is that the local branch of Brouhaha Brewery has sadly announced that it's closed.
