Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

Located in a quiet neighborhood in northwest Rochester. Easy access to highways, grocery store, coffee shop/cafes, Target, and biking/walking trail. Completely furnished with linens, hair-dryer, Netflix and Hulu, Smart TV and Wi-fi, and coffee maker. The laundry is shared with the host; who resides in the upper level. Truly a home away from home!

This is a quiet main floor apartment (491 sq. ft.) in a 4-plex located 1 mile from Mayo. It has a all of the cooking necessities needed to make your own meals. There is a full size bed in the bedroom. This unit is in an older house with radiator heat and a big front porch. The floors are squeaky in a few places. Since it is a 4plex you will hear some sounds from other guests but it is generally quiet. There is parking behind the house and a washer and dryer in the basement available to guests.

This home has a beautiful fully fenced in yard with a neighborhood feel while still being less than a 5 minute drive from Downtown & Mayo Clinic Campuses!
