Beautiful hikes, kayaking, mountain biking and whale watching opportunities abound, and on rainy days, an eclectic selection of dvds. a A wonderful place to unplug for a few days. Arbutus Cabin is situated amongst old growth fir and arbutus trees and is part of Quadra Island’s history. Despite a few improvements over the years, the cabin maintains its character reminiscent of its heritage. Relax on the large, covered deck and watch boats come and go all day or, lose yourself in a book in the over-sized chair in the reading nook. You will love the spectacular sunsets over Vancouver Island and the parade of cruise ships sliding down Discovery Channel! Come stay with us!

Steps outside the front door is the crescent pebble beach perfect for a swim, paddle, or to simply soak up all nature has to offer. The Boathouse offers stunning views of the coastal mountains as well as scenic Heriot Bay. Enjoy the evening light and watch the moon rise from the private firepit area.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Your suite is pn the main floor of a family home with its own private entrance and separate living space. Enjoy the heated bathroom floor and spa size shower after a day of hiking or water activities. You are minutes from a grocery store, Taku recreation rentals, Rebecca Spit and Heriot Bay Inn. We have lawn games available and plenty of space to play!
