Lemongum is a beautifully curated cottage situated on Banongill Station, at Skipton in Western Victoria. The cottage has been restored to create a country escape, a place to relax and unwind in the beautiful surrounds of the historic Banongill garden. Lemongum is perched above the Mt Emu Creek on the edge of the informal wild garden, with drifts of daffodils and spectacular blossom trees. Sit by the fire pit, listen to the kookaburras, take a deep breath and keep an eye out for the platypus.

Leyden's Cottage

Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. It is set on a property of nearly 30 acres with abundant wildlife and scenery. It is located approximately 5-6 kms from the township of Avoca Victoria and it is within walking distance of a couple of local wineries and the Percydale historic area. It is isolated from any close neighbours and you do not have to share facilities with any other guests.

We have a cosy wood fire heater, I would like to think this is a home away from home. It's a very peaceful spot where you can feel one with nature. It is set in the middle of a farming community with spectacular views of rolling hills and the sounds of birds and occasional sheep. Kookaburra Cottage - Two bedroom eco cottage (built 2017) situated on our 13 acres bush property. Relax on the property or use it as a base for bush walking in the nearby Mount Cole State forest or visiting the Pyrenees wineries. Abundant wildlife including wallabies, echidnas & a wide assortment of birdlife. We are 15 km from Beaufort. Cosy cast iron chiminea on the deck; firewood supplied. Sadly, the historic meditation temple (c.1995) was destroyed in the February 2024 bushfire.
