There is an outdoor fish cleaning area, a freezer for the carcasses, and we are a 5 minute walk to Pymatuning Lake State Park to fish the jetty, rent boats & kayaks or launch your own boat at the Marina. Enjoy the beach area with a playground. The Spillway (where the ducks walk on fish!) is minutes away! House Only, does not include garage or shed.

This 110 acre lake side tiny home Estate will reconnect you to nature while you relax in the hot tub. The neighboring state park has over 14,000 acres with a lake and trails. This tiny home is where nature meets luxury!! The electric fireplace will welcome you while resting and watching your favorite show. There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

The property backs up to Pymatuning State Park which offers bird watching, frisbee golf, nature & bike trails, etc. The unit is newly updated to provide you all the comforts of home. Please note that because of the age of the home and it's location we operate on well water. We do provide bottled water and a brita system for our guests. If you are staying more than a few days, we recommend bringing your own water if well water is an issue.

The cottage sits on a half acre grass lot, with a two-section wrap around deck - one section under-roof and one section open to sunshine.
