Great convenient studio unit in the heart of the private Cuscowilla Resort. Located an hour and fifteen minutes from Atlanta and a perfect home base for a trip to Augusta in early April. The unit features 2 queen beds, a banquette/table, sitting area and kitchenette with sink, micro, mini-frig. The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. If you need additional space, the first floor A/B units are listed on AirBnB as a 2bed/2bath option.

Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

Location is 3 minutes from Lake Sinclair and 17 minutes from historic downtown Milledgeville. Lake Oconee is 20 minutes with Eatonton only 10 minutes from the property. Plenty of places to dine and shop 10 minutes away in either Milledgeville or Eatonton.
