Incredible 270 degree views on our peninsula’s point on Lake Sinclair where the water is clear and the bottom is sandy. Three masters with en suite bathrooms and a fourth bedroom with bathroom across hall. Open floor plan with double doors opening to the best sunset views. Dock your boat, grill out on the large porch and screened in patio, bonfire, kayak, paddle board or float and play in the water. Sleeps 12 (14 with cot and blow up mattress). Nearly 600 feet of private water frontage to enjoy.

Charming Lake Oconee home ready for your next adventure. A long weekend or a week will be spent on the spacious screened in porch overlooking the cove. Large rock fireplace with 50" tv, dining for 6, plus seating for more. Kayaks, private dock are ready to help you create more memories. Smart tvs throughout. Updated fully stocked kitchen/ stainless steel appliances. One bedroom on main and two upstairs both with sitting areas. One full bath each floor. 15 minutes from local shopping.

Welcome to Sunset Cottage. Built in 2020, this home gets its name from its gorgeous sunset views! Enjoy days on the lake with your own dock and a relaxing evening around the firepit or in the brand new hot tub. You're on lake time with a main bedroom and fully equipped kitchen on level 1 plus 2 additional bedrooms, a bar, and bunk bed on the terrace level! With outside porches on two levels, you won't miss the gorgeous sunset! We loved this house so much after staying here -we bought it! :-)

Take out the included kayaks for a paddle on the lake, fire up the grills for a lakeside meal, and unwind on the newly renovated dock. Inside, the open kitchen and living area create a space for everyone to connect. There’s a semi-finished basement with a sitting area, table tennis, and darts. The backyard is fenced on three sides with direct access to the lake.

Fully stocked kitchen and all of the supplies you need! 1200 sq ft of space; 2 Queen BR’s, 2 sitting areas, pullout couch, wood fireplace, 2 couches, leather recliner, 2 decks, grill, fire pit, kayak, floats, swimmable cove and tree swing! Fast Wifi. SmartTV. Private woods and dock to explore! Great land and lake location. Fantastic view! Swim out “beach” on a clean cove. Marina around corner. Quiet lakefront property, private, but minutes to everything!

Peaceful Lakefront Lodge with great sunsets.

A great home if you're visiting or working in the area. Lots of comfortable spots indoor and outdoor to relax and live the lake life and keep making beautiful memories. Gas grill, firepit, 2 new kayaks, life vests and everything one would like to find in a lake house. This area is great for fishing and we have an awesome boathouse for your boat. Nice and quiet neighborhood, very convenient for your needs - marina, public boat ramp, grocery store, restaurants, shopping just minutes away.

Gorgeous views from every room make this spectacular home the perfect choice for your Lake Oconee getaway! It is super convenient to everything in town and located in Cuscowilla Country Club, a gated community. The home features a great space to prepare a wonderful meal or cook outside on the Traeger Grill. A max dock is perfect for using our 2 kayaks, walk in swimming access, fishing, dog park, community garden and miles of walking & biking trails. You can dock your boat with us!

Our lakeside duplex is far enough from the hustle and noise of the city to enjoy wildlife in the backyard, yet close enough to town to enjoy local shopping and cuisine. The property offers lake access with a dock for watercraft or swimming. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is recently renovated with all the comforts of home. The location is perfect for people who enjoy fishing or boating as a marina is close by.
