Quiet, local neighborhood - 10 minute walk to the happening restaurant and bar scene of Puntas and some of Rincón's best beaches for both swimming, surfing and snorkeling: Sandy Beach, Parking Lots, Pools , and others ( Puntas have steep hills if you are in good shape is an easy walk otherwise a car will be best !). Only 10 minute drive to town square , 5 min to Calipso , Maria’s & Domes beach .

Fully stocked kitchen and off-street parking. Sunny plant filled covered patio for lounging and just minutes to Sandy beach! Friendly family neighborhood and near all surf breaks.
