Our guesthouse is situated on a dead-end street in the hills of Puntas less than 1 mile from sandy beach, offering views of both the ocean and valley. Fully powered by solar panels and backup Tesla battery. Inverter A/C units in both bedrooms. If you like to be close to the action but prefer a tranquil place to rest your head, this is it! AC and Smart TV in bedroom. We now run on solar power and have a backup water system for outages. Affordable, clean and cozy one bedroom apartment with comfortable queen size bed. Fully stocked kitchen and off-street parking. Sunny plant filled covered patio for lounging and just minutes to Sandy beach! Friendly family neighborhood and near all surf breaks. Casa Tamboril @ Puntas

New renovations! Casa Tamboril is the perfect house to stay in Puntas. Only 0.2miles from the beach. Close to restaurants and nightlife. You can enjoy to stay-in to cook in your chef's kitchen or walk to your favorite restaurant. Hang out in the sun in our POOL. Our house is disaster proof with a Diesel generator, solar panel and water tanks. If you have a bigger group you can also rent Casa Trinitaria in the backyard!

The Pineapple Suite is located on the 2nd floor in a home with 3 other rental units, 1 next door and 2 below. The rooftop terrace is one floor up, and is a shared space for all guests. This room features 1 bedroom, a private kitchen, bathroom & access to the rooftop. The space is clean and bright, with beautiful views of the ocean from the bedroom.
