A spacious 1 bedroom ( King size) apartment on the ground level of a 2 story/2 apt. house. This apartment (Puntas Abajo) is around the back of the house facing the pool and has a private entrance. It is very quiet! 1 free parking space conveniently located in front of the house. Apt is in Puntas, Rincon central to all beaches, restaurants and everything that is rincon! Since this apartment is on the back of the house it is exceptionally quiet. Powerful AC to cool. All newly and fully furnished!

Situated on the top of "Bummer Hill," the home has sweeping ocean views and private chill areas on the property. I have been working hard improving and designing this awesome space. Our home offers private parking, full kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. We have a generator and backup water reserve! We also have a spacious back deck where you can watch the ocean and star gaze! We will only allow staying guests on property. No visitors, large gatherings or parties.

This room features 1 bedroom, a private kitchen, bathroom & access to the rooftop. The space is clean and bright, with beautiful views of the ocean from the bedroom. Located right off of 413 in Puntas barrio.
