Newly built Villa in the beautiful Puntas area of Rincon, Puerto Rico. Big comfy king size bed, AC, cable and wifi. Saltwater pool with an inwater sundeck. The pool is shared between the 3 apartments in Villa Diane. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to amazing surf at Sandy beach, restaurants, and beach bars. Our cozy apartment for couples, with a small pool NOT SHARED. If you want to spend a few days of rest near the beach (5 minutes walking and 1 minute by car to Sandy Beach) and close to places of interest. A very quiet and relaxing place. WiFi Internet, cable TV, equipped kitchen, towels, A/C and more. Balcony outside to have a cup of coffee or just contemplate nature, with screens to avoid mosquitoes. Your Clean and Cozy Puntas Home

AC and Smart TV in bedroom. We now run on solar power and have a backup water system for outages. Affordable, clean and cozy one bedroom apartment with comfortable queen size bed. Fully stocked kitchen and off-street parking. Sunny plant filled covered patio for lounging and just minutes to Sandy beach! Friendly family neighborhood and near all surf breaks. We live upstairs and are here to help you have the best Rincon visit ever!

We are on the beach where you should be... This apartment sleeps up to six guests that are looking for a spacious and beautiful home away from home featuring two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private Wifi Network, large balcony with ocean and pool view in receiving area, private balcony in master bedroom and a shared sun terrace.
