Our cozy apartment for couples, with a small pool NOT SHARED. If you want to spend a few days of rest near the beach (5 minutes walking and 1 minute by car to Sandy Beach) and close to places of interest. A very quiet and relaxing place. WiFi Internet, cable TV, equipped kitchen, towels, A/C and more. Balcony outside to have a cup of coffee or just contemplate nature, with screens to avoid mosquitoes. AC and Smart TV in bedroom. We now run on solar power and have a backup water system for outages. Affordable, clean and cozy one bedroom apartment with comfortable queen size bed. Fully stocked kitchen and off-street parking. Sunny plant filled covered patio for lounging and just minutes to Sandy beach! Friendly family neighborhood and near all surf breaks. We live upstairs and are here to help you have the best Rincon visit ever!

The Pineapple Suite is located on the 2nd floor in a home with 3 other rental units, 1 next door and 2 below. The rooftop terrace is one floor up, and is a shared space for all guests. This room features 1 bedroom, a private kitchen, bathroom & access to the rooftop. The space is clean and bright, with beautiful views of the ocean from the bedroom.
